It has 97,7xx on the odo, clean title, clean carfax with all vin tags intact and in place. Its a Targa Top, Stock Black Leather Interior (minus guages and dvd), all stock bodied but lots of goodies under the hood This is 1 of only 545 TT Auto Targas for 97, and 1 of 179 Ren. Im posting up for sale my 1971 Datsun 240z with only 45k original miles on it! This Z has had a lot of work done to it. Everything from custom body work and Custom paint. To a built L28 (bored .40 over) w/ tripple mikunis to the Custom interior. From 2002-2005 during the build process I put nearly 30K into the car. It appraised out and has an insured value of just over $24000, which was done 3 years ago. Insured for $24500 through SafeCo. Insurance. As all classics do, they raise in value as they get older. So keep in mind the appraised and insured value was set 3 years ago on this car. Its always been garaged by the original owner and has always been garaged by myself as well. Aboslutely no rust (made sure of it during the build) over all a very clean car. Ive taken it to 4 shows since I have owned it and have won 4 1st place trophys. I am the second owner of this vehicle and have owned it since 2002. The first 3 years of its life with me was spent building it up to its current state. The orriginal owner Purchased it back in 71 when it was new (California Car) and moved to Washington some time in the early 80's. Before he made the move to Washington he had blown the orriginal motor in the Z and it sat in his garage in Washington for the following 20 years before I found it. Before I picked it up its last expiring registration date was 1984! This Z has just over 45K original miles on it! While the motor (rebuilt L28) has just about 8k miles on it. Too much work done to list here but I will give a potential buyer a full list of everything done to the car. This is like no other Z on the road so please do not waste my time with low offers. Since the appraised/insured Value as of 3 years ago was set at $24500 that seems like a fair starting point. $24000 OBO for this custom Z with way more then that into the car. May also consider trades + cash.
